i thought it was picture perfect. A minority President, A minority VP, and a Senior Citizen President (i should be so lucky to be in half the shape he's in at that age.)that has come a long way. Mistake or not, Biden caught it right away and with his usual good humor he quickly snapped a salute. i would love to know what Biden said into Obama's ear during the hand shake. Maybe something like, "No big ****ing deal Mr. President." All in all, i thought it was a wonderful tribute to "Obama Care" TM.

People who do not have a stutter or other speech impediment do not understand what such an impediment means. Having a stutter can be very debilitating. It effects your self worth, you ability to interact with others and can cause crippling depression.

For years I was told, my stutter was all in my head, that all I ever had to do was say the words and they would come out of my mouth....no.

For years I was told by numerous speech therapists to practice my "S's" and "Z's", because if I did that my stutter was somehow disappear....no.

I was picked on, humiliated and considered stupid because of my stutter. I actually had teachers who would deliberately call on me, just to hear me stutter. The whole damn class got a good laugh out of it.

Finally, on a visit to a Dentist in San Francisco, as she was doing the oral exam of my mouth she noticed something, a birth defect as it were. I had a malformed soft pallet. NOT a cleft palelet, but one that was misshapen. That birth defect was the cause of my stutter. So in a way the therapists were correct, the problem was in my head, or even more correctly my mouth.

Because of how my mouth and my jaw were formed, not only did I NOT have wisdom teeth cutting into my mouth, my pallet failed to take proper shape.

Surgery was performed and the for the most part my stutter all but disappeared. I still have a problem with words and phrases and at times I just cannot talk. Docs reccomended visualizing the word or words in my head in order to say them or sing them, you cannot sing and stutter at the same time. Different parts of the brain control your singing and speech.

I do not know if Mr. Biden's stutter is psychological or biological. I do know he has to work constantly to be able to speak.

As I have written before. As Mr. Biden speaks, listen to the rhythm and pattern of his speech. You can tell when he has problem with a word, watch how he corrects himself and/or stops altogether in order say what he needs to say.

Mr. Biden is not "Feeble" or "Senile". Mr. Biden has a stutter. A speech impediment that causes him to stutter. Such an impediment is not a sign of mental decay or breakdown.

Only a sick pathetic piece of shit would say otherwise, in other words people like the Troll and the Traitor. People who more than likely subjected humiliation and degredation on stutterers in school. It made their otherwise dull, boring and very unimportant lives somehow entertaining. There is no evidence or proof that Joe Biden ever stuttered. You can look at him from 74 lokm at him during the Bork hearings look at him the other times he ran for president look at hom when VP not a stammer.
Now at 79 whenever he stumbles on a word or phrase which is often all we hear is oh he was a stutterer along with false claims his speech pattern had been like that for decades

If what you're claiming is true. So all of Biden's family members and friends are lying about this? Are BBC and all of the "MSM" in on this conspiracy to invent something that's not true? Finally, I like to think I have some tenuous grasp on reality, and I definitely remember his stutter being discussed in the media when he was VP. So it's not like this is some claim about him suddenly and instantly made up when he became POTUS.

A stutterer can train himself to control it. Unfortunately, stress, emotions, the pressure from lots of people watching, all kinds of different things can trigger it. That you can find one video where he had it under control in a low-stress environment is not proof he has never stuttered.
