It's about the size of men's penises in different countries. I think glenn has a secret (not so secret anymore) penis fetish.

I wonder if glenn has checked out how many testicle tanning beds Cambodia has per capita.

No doubt, they're hidden in the closets.

Glennfs should take a look at the movie The Killing Fields, and observe how fast or slow he gets a hardon.

Conservative men are such dirty perverts. Even their jokes are not jokes, but forms of perversion.

Glennfs should also be aware that present-day Cambodia is still dealing with the fallout of the totalitarian Khmer Rouge governmen, and the ethnic and ideological cleansing that regime did to its own populace.

No wonder this person wants to move there. :?

The worst offenders still don't have any remorse for the human rights atrocities they committed.

The US supported them, by the way. First the people like Noam Chomsky. Glennfs won't like this: President Carter declared them the worst human rights abusers in the world.

I probably shouldn't even be posting this, because it's a turn-on for conservative males.

Renewed War - US Holocaust Memorial Museum
n capturing Phnom Penh, the Vietnamese quickly established a new government composed of Khmer Rouge defectors and other Cambodian sympathizers. But the conflict was far from over. The ousted Khmer Rouge retreated west to forested regions along the Thai border. There they regrouped their remaining forces and began guerrilla attacks against the Vietnamese and their Cambodian allies.

Mounting conflict, lawlessness, and a disrupted rice-planting cycle led hundreds of thousands of Cambodians to flee to the Thai border, in search of food, medicine, and security. The plight and testimony of these refugees helped shed new light to the world on the acts of the Khmer Rouge.

Cambodian boys sit exhausted by a roadside after walking into Thailand in late 1979. —John Burgess

Hundreds of thousands of Cambodians lived in refugee settlements like this one, known as Camp 007, near the Thai-Cambodia border. —John Burgess

In New York, Soviet-bloc allies of the new government in Phnom Penh sought to give it Cambodia’s seat at the United Nations. Though it had never had diplomatic relations with Khmer Rouge Cambodia, the United States joined other countries in voting to keep the Khmer Rouge as Cambodia’s UN representatives. Unseating them, US officials argued, would excuse Vietnam’s cross-border aggression and occupation of a foreign country, a violation of basic international law.

Widely condemned as making a mockery of the Carter administration’s focus on human rights, the US vote reflected continuing Cold War tensions and a refusal to recognize a new expansion of Soviet influence through the Vietnamese. In the vote, the United States found itself unlikely allies with China in standing up for a regime that had committed mass atrocities against its own people. The United States helped fund food relief shipments into Cambodia, but it continued to boycott the government in Phnom Penh and isolate it from the world.

Sihanouk had spent much of the Khmer Rouge period under house arrest in Phnom Penh. With the regime’s demise, he reemerged as an important figure in the Cambodian conflict. He became head of a coalition of the Khmer Rouge and non-Communist groups that was fighting the new government and trying to expel the Vietnamese from Cambodia. The United States channeled aid to non-Communist groups. China kept up its arms assistance to the Khmer Rouge, who were the most potent military force in the coalition.

The renewed civil war further traumatized a people still reeling from the brutality of the Khmer Rouge years. Hundreds of thousands of refugees remained stranded at camps in Thailand, fearful of returning home. Eventually about 150,000 were admitted to the United States for permanent resettlement.

I don't even want to know Glennfs's white-supremacist, misogynist ideas about Cambodian Americans and their experiences as immigrants to this country, which occurred during Republican regimes.

Khmer Rouge executioner 'Comrade Duch' who oversaw notorious torture prison dies age 77 - CNN
Kaing Guek Eav, commonly known by his alias, Comrade Duch, died just after midnight on Wednesday at a hospital in Cambodia's capital Phnom Penh, according to a spokesperson for the Khmer Rouge Tribunal, Neth Pheaktra, who made the announcement on Twitter.
Duch was a senior figure in Pol Pot's tyrannical communist regime and ran the notorious Tuol Sleng S-21 torture prison in Phnom Penh, where at least 14,000 people died.

At least 1.7 million people -- nearly a quarter of Cambodia's population -- died from execution, disease, starvation and forced labor under the Khmer Rouge regime that ruled the country between 1975-1979.

Many of those killed were intellectuals or trained professionals -- people considered counter-revolutionaries by the Khmer Rouge leadership bent on turning Cambodia into a purely agrarian society through ruthless social engineering policies.

Duch was the first Khmer Rouge commander to be convicted of war crimes, crimes against humanity and grave breaches of the 1949 Geneva Convention by a United Nations-backed tribunal in 2010. He was handed a life sentence in 2012 after losing an appeal in which he argued that he was just following orders of senior leaders of the Khmer Rouge regime.
At his trial, Duch -- then a born-again Christian -- pleaded guilty to his crimes and apologized to the victims' families, asking for their forgiveness.

His charges were heard at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) -- a special UN-backed tribunal that was formed in 2006 to prosecute senior Khmer Rouge leaders and other regime figures responsible for especially heinous acts.
The tribunal began its work in 2007 after a decade of on-and-off negotiations between the United Nations and Cambodia over the structure and functioning of the court.

In 2018, almost four decades after the collapse of Pol Pot's brutal regime, the tribunal ruled that the Khmer Rouge committed genocide.
No wonder Glennfs is attracted to Cambodia. :?

This type of anti-intellectualism is exactly the sort of thing that apparently turns perverted American conservative males on. :?

Jesus God, what is wrong with conservative cis men.

Imagine trying to immigrate to this country as a refugee during the Reagan/Bush era, with all these filthy conservative whites either trying to get their ethnic f#ck from the women, and/or actively discriminating against you for being a non-western European immigrant regardless of gender. :?

And here this guy comes with this dirty colonizer sexual perversion 40 years lager. :? :?

Both things are their MO. These people think they are entitled to every woman pleasing them on demand. It's why so many of them like Glennfs are so-called prolife and vote in these paranoid social conservative laws.

You better have my rape baby, or else I'm gonna go pout and tan my private parts!...maybe THAT will magically fix what's wrong with me according to _ucker Kkkarlson's Birth of A Nation fantasies of nonwhite men's genitals!!

Being a conservative is thinking THAT joke was funny.

And I've stood up for you when your joke WAS funny. But, sadly, it's been a while.

Jokes about dick size are so original and funny.

P.S. especially when they play into stereotypes about "race" and dick size.

Nuff said. (P.S. reason I bring this up, google "J. Philippe Rushton".)

To get as semi-serious as my infrared-baked balls, I will just point out that most data we have on penis size relies on male self-reporting. And we know how reliable that data is.

Once again, nuff said.

Well, it kinda is the home of the "Killing Fields".

Carmen's not wrong - the history of that country & what the Khmer Rouge did there is no Laugh-a-Thon.

Now BTW they did call themselves "Leftists/Maoists" but they are definite proof of the horrors of the horseshoe. Just like Stalin's Holodomor in Ukraine.

Lol watch how quick the gloves come off and how enraged a conservative male gets when nobody laughs at their racist, sexist “jokes.”

No one has to laugh at vile rightwing humor, go cry about cancel culture and toughen up.

Conservative so-called humor is always at someone else’s expense. Always. I can’t think of one of their “jokes” that isn’t.

Well, maybe the preachers jokes from their pervert pastors but even a ton of those are hate-based.

To be fair, THIS joke was self-deprecating. It was at Glenn's expense. I can appreciate redneck humor, I grew up on it. Glenn can be funny.

This just wasn't one of those times.

Howard Stern also jokes about how small his dick is, too. Whatever.

Nah, the thing about this "joke" is by putting forward this claim that Cambodians have the smallest dicks in the world, this is repeating a stereotype that is common about Asian people.

Which, if you think about it, is not that funny. There is obviously a converse stereotype about the genitals of African people. Notice how this "chart" puts many African countries at the top.

If you look at the actual data this is based on, it's flawed for all the reasons I just said. It should definitely be taken with a grain of salt.

J. Philippe Rushton actually argues at one point that because "African" men have larger genitals (according to this "data") that they actually have a different evolutionary/reproductive adaptation to white people. Like I said, what starts as a joke sort of takes you in uglier directions, once you see where it leads.

People really have actually studied this in actual detail. I again can tell you if you are interested, scientific studies show that claiming that Black men tend to be much larger in penis size than whites and Asians much smaller ... doesn't hold up.

Here ya go. Never thought I'd link to this article. :D
https://www.drelist.com/blog/penis-size-race/

Like a lot of racial variations in phenotype, this one also varies much more within groups than between them. Bottom line: your weight/girth is a better predictor of individual penis size than your "race".

Yeah, just because a joke invokes stereotypes that are common doesn't mean that should be ignored.

That does not mean I am humorless. I like good jokes. I agree this one wasn't.

Here's the headline at what Glenn cited as his link. Yah, I know The Sun is a British tabloid.

"SHAFTED American men’s penises are only the 59th biggest in the world, study finds – beaten by Haitians, Australians & French"

Hard to tell how seriously a tabloid takes itself, I guess, but the author seems to almost want to be taken seriously.
