Maine Republican Senate Candidate Max Linn has been removed from that State's Ballot for "Undisputed" Fraud on his Candidate Filing Petition.

Bangor Daily News has reported that Superior Court Judge William R. Stokes has upheld a decision by Maine Secretary of State Matt Dunlap, after Dunlap's Office found more than 250-Signatures to invalid. Several signatures on those petitions were found to be those of dead people.
Linn is now disqualified from the Maine Republican Primary Ballot. It to late to remove his name from the ballot. Linn's Republican Challenger State Senator Eric Brakey had made original accusation of Linn using fraudulent ballot. Brakey becomes the assumed GOP Nominee, he will go up against incumbent Senator Angus King (I) and Democrat Zak Ringelstein.
