With what is going on in GA and ND as to AA and NA but alsio in many other states as to student voters, any repuke is clearly a traitor and hates democracy and is in a violent and vicious attack on our country.

So fuck you and you were never a patriot that you could sell out to a fucking traitor this easily.

That you could support suppressing the vote of Native Americans and AA, so openly and clearly.

Yeah, fuck you...oh, and thanks for ruining ALL of our lives, retirements, etc.

I consider the word patriot to have become slightly pejorative over the years. Since the French Revolution.

:(

All to often crappiest shit has been done in the name of it. Those fucking NAZI's were the UBER-PATRIOTS of their time. The KKK claim to be patriots.

The NFL team which comes closest to the general low set by the Oakland Raiders is the good old cheating Yankee Patriots. Blah.

:|

So please don't call me a patriot, I will be slightly miffed if you do.

I think two quotes are good here.

Anyway, I like to differentiate between patriotism, the love of one's country, and jingoism, which is blind zealotry.

The patriot criticizes their government and their society because they want it to improve and be better.

The jingoist says "my country right or wrong; my country is always right and can do no wrong". That kind of fundamentalism is no better than any other, and for good reason has been denounced throughout history.
