Re: How about…
I had an idea for a Reality Show some year ago when I was working St. Anthony Foundation.
Take 5-Fortune 500 CEO's. Deposit them, blindfolded in the heart of San Francisco's Tenderloing with just 5-Dollars to their name and clothes on their back. No Cell Phones. No Credit Cards.
All they have to do is survive in the T.L. for 48-Hours with 5-dollars in pockets. Oh, no jackets either. The T.L. gets cold at night.
They can only eat at places Glide Memorial or the S.A.F. Dinning Room.
IF they live through 48-Hours in the T.L. without spending their five dollars they win.....another day in the T.L.

Love of Country is not Blind Patriotism. It is not devotion to one person or one party. It is knowing fighting for your country is single most important thing you can do. Do not accept the notion violence is the answer.

A month they could do standing on their head. Make it their entire family living their lowest-paid employee's wages for two years instead.
When you vote left, you vote right.
Re: How about…
Great idea but let's make it limousine liberals instead.

Ha I disagree. I would feel bad for the people of the Tenderloin who would have to endure any of those entitled, elitist, arrogant a-holes.marindem01 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 15, 2022 12:40 pm I had an idea for a Reality Show some year ago when I was working St. Anthony Foundation.

What's it like to be undereducated by choice, when you know you can change that condition?

Notice I did not attack it's childhood or any trauma it may have experienced as a child.
I sigh in your general direction.
Re: How about…
One big issue with conservatives is that they don't seem to have the gene that allows them to feel compassion for others, or to put themselves in other people's shoes to understand what they go through. So they blame them for their plight.

Desatan is making his career on the hatred of the LGBTQ community and your former friend said he couldnt WAIT to vote for him, so glad he is your FORMER friend. I get why you or anyone might wanna try and reason with them, befriend them etc but as you learned and as we all know now, they are NOT our friends.
