BOARD WARNING

Hey, gang. Just a head's up. I spoke with Plunderer yesterday, and he told me that the board needed a big software update, and that he might be able to find the time to do some work in the next several days. He will do a full backup first, but after that it will required to take the board offline for a period of time. He said he'd give us a warning first, but I know a lot of folks may be away from the board for a few days without checking in, so I thought I'd give you fair warning if you stop by and the board is down.

I believe I speak for everyone when I say we all appreciate Plunderer keeping the board going. Thanks man!

I agree, it's a public service and I know Plunderer has been having his problems these last couple of years. This is an island of intelligence in an Internet that otherwise has revealed the big problems with distraction, apathy, prejudice, and mistrust in this culture.
