Only as good as the people doing the alerting. SB County held off until it was too late with the cell phone warnings that the time had come to flee. Typical local authorities worry about crying Wolf.

What is Agit Prop's bandwidth enhancement? Many schemes competing for market share cause interference with other forms of communication, actually reducing overall bandwith available to consumers. The situation in the UK, where they have had one disaster after another, should be instructive. Americans, though, think some old guy in the sky protects them from everything bad, so it will remain a lesson not learned.

> Nothing controversial
