Sinclair Broadcast Group plans to sell Tribune Media’s TV stations in New York and Chicago to comply with FCC ownership limits if the $3.9 billion Sinclair-Tribune merger is approved by the FCC and Justice Department.

That's not exactly the same thing as complying with FCC Ownership Limits.

Did you see that part about ATSC 3.0?

I think that is going to tip everything up side down. The whole existing regulatory framework becomes obsolete.
