Man, I have seen that butthole's commercials many times. I often wondered what was the big deal about his "special" pillow and why he advertised it on TV with himself in the ads. Kinda reminded me of Sham-Wow and Flex-Seal.

Shoulda known he was a Trumpist.

He has been involved in lawsuits over false advertising. Sounds just like Donnie.

Trump Announces He’ll Sign Executive Order Requiring Colleges and Universities to ‘Support Free Speech’

President Donald Trump announced during his CPAC speech today he will sign an executive order requiring colleges to “support free speech.”

Trump made the announcement after inviting Hayden Williams, the conservative activist attacked at Berkeley, to the stage to speak. Williams briefly spoke and the president followed up with words of praise.

BUSTED: Man entrusted to run Trump sons’ hunting retreat worked in the US illegally for 18 years

A new Washington Post investigation reveals that the man whom Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump entrusted to care for their hunting retreat in New York state is an undocumented immigrant who now fears he will be deported.

According to the Post, undocumented Mexican immigrant Juan Quintero worked two separate jobs for the Trump family: As the greenskeeper at the Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley and as a contractor at the Trump sons’ 171-acre hunting retreat.

I think she was a part of that photo, that it was Trump who was added. The sun light seem like it's shining on Trump from a bit different angle that it is for the woman and everything else. And it seems like Trump ought to be casting a shadow on her.

But I think she belongs in that photo because the tombstones in the foreground are reflecting off of her sunglasses.

Oh, it's not a photoshop, but it's not Melania either. Melania is taller and would never be holding his hand. Here's the video:

Huh. Well, you do learn something new everyday.

Apparently there is a whole trending #fakemelania thing going on twitter, apparently accusing him of using body doubles for her before.

This news organization seems to pooh pooh that it is not Melania.

Twitter reignites 'Fake Melania' conspiracy after Trump's Alabama visit
Photos of Melania Trump are going viral on social media after some Twitter users said they believed the first lady was using a body double for public appearances.
https://www.whas11.com/article/news/nat ... 89d3047c6e

Many Twitter users responded to the theories, commenting that lighting and makeup are the most likely causes for the mistaken identity.

"Makeup, lighting, shoes and clothing can make people look vastly different from photo to photo," Twitter user PositivePyramids said.

[snip][end]

Huh. It's made it to Newsweek.

#FAKEMELANIA MEMES AND JOKES FLOOD TWITTER AFTER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP AND FIRST LADY LAND IN ALABAMA
https://www.newsweek.com/fakemelania-me ... ma-1357428

Newsweek has this photo of her arriving in WPB off AF1 on March 8th. Same sweater cuffs (white with black stripe). And that definitely "looks like her" ...

Not surprising if they wanted to get away with a double to use the same clothing items. :) But here's the final proof of fakery. :rw)

I kinda like the robot/clone theories. :rw)

As in, Melania has been one all along. :rw)

I'll make a supposition she really does contain some silicone. :D

Ehh whatever. Not starting a separate thread on this, so I'll just dump it here.

First this, then, as always, he doubled down.

Trump calls Democrats 'anti-Israel' and 'anti-Jewish' party after House vote on hate
https://6abc.com/trump-calls-democrats- ... e/5174258/

then

Trump Tells Republican Donors: The Democrats Hate Jews
https://www.haaretz.com/us-news/.premiu ... -1.7004628

[snip]

With regards to the Democrats, Trump claimed that the party “hates Jewish people.” It should be noted that more than 70 percent of American Jews voted for Democratic candidates in the 2018 midterm elections, and for Hilary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election. The top Democrat in the Senate, Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, is Jewish.

Trump made similar comments last week, leading to strong criticism from Jewish American groups and Jewish Democratic lawmakers. Rep. Jamie Raskin, a Jewish American lawmaker from Maryland, said "the president should really be careful about entering into this whole terrain." He added that Trump was "lucky that he escaped being named" in the congressional resolution denouncing anti-Semitism and other forms of hate. Raskin called Trump’s accusation against the Democrats "absurd" during an interview with CNN.

Florida Rep. Ted Deutch, one of the Democrats who criticized the resolution and said he would have preferred one specifically denouncing anti-Semitism, also attacked Trump for his partisan remarks.

"I condemn the use of anti-Semitism by my colleagues, Democrat and Republican, AND by your campaign," Deutch tweeted. "This isn’t political. It’s life and death. Please stop."

Halie Sofer, executive director of the Jewish Democratic Council of America, said: "We are appalled, but not surprised, that President Trump has once again demonstrated dishonesty, hypocrisy, and willingness to use anti-Semitism and Israel as a political football."

The American Jewish Committee wrote on Twitter that “while dissenters in both parties exist, there is overwhelming consensus on the U.S.-Israel relationship and the fight against anti-Semitism. The last thing needed is to turn these issues into partisan wedges."

J Street released a video criticizing Congress Republicans for cynically using anti-Semitism to hinder a vote on the ongoing civil war in Yemen. The video explained how Republicans in the House of Representatives added language about anti-Semitism to a resolution on the war which then allowed Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConell to used that as a technicality not to hold a vote on the resolution in the Senate.

Yair Rosenberg, a journalist for Tablet Magazine, tweeted: "This is your periodic reminder that Donald Trump is a bigoted hypocrite who only condemns prejudice when it's useful to him, and happily deploys it himself for the same reason. He is not a credible authority on racism, anti-Semitism or anything close, unless as a cautionary tale."

[snip][end]

Yeah, I'm with you, Yair.

Behind the Robert Kraft arrest lies a tangled web of sex, money and corruption — with Trump at the center

It has seemed odd from the very beginning that New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, a billionaire several times over, would patronize a massage parlor called the Orchids of Asia for a little quickie on his way to the AFC championship game. After all, men like Kraft can easily hire high end escorts and they often have mistresses on the side. Why go to a cheap strip mall?

But Kraft wasn’t the only vastly wealthy john who got caught in the sting that has put him in the headlines. Private equity mogul John Childs and former Citigroup president John Havens were also arrested. There is obviously more to this sordid story of Chinese sex trafficking to come out in the days to come. With the recent re-evaluation of the extremely disturbing Jeffrey Epstein case from the previous decade, it seems that an illegal sex trade has been thriving in the ultra-rich enclaves of South Florida.

White basketball fan who shouted epithets at black player posted racist and Trump-loving tweets: report

A white Utah Jazz fan has been accused of being a racist Trump supporter after video of player Russell Westbrook shouting at him went viral.

Initially reported by Black Sports Online, Utahn Shane Keisel — who allegedly told Westbrook to “get down on your knees like you’re used to,” prompting the athlete to shout at him and his wife during a game Monday night — appears to have posted now-deleted tweets that used slurs and praised President Donald Trump.

Senate Confirms Trump Court Pick Who Repeatedly Weakened Voting Rights

Quote:
..........Murphy, who has been the solicitor general of Ohio since 2013, was confirmed 52-46. Every Republican voted for him. Every Democrat voted against him. Two senators, Doug Jones (D-Ala.) and David Perdue (R-Ga.), did not vote.

Democrats criticized Murphy’s nomination for several reasons. He argued in 2015 that same-sex marriage would be “disruptive … to our constitutional democracy” in a brief he filed in the Obergefell v. Hodges marriage equality case before the Supreme Court. In 2014, he argued against women’s access to contraception in Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby.

But Murphy is perhaps best known for defending Ohio’s notorious voter purge law before the Supreme Court in 2018, arguing that the state should be able to drop people from its voter rolls if they don’t vote for six years and don’t respond to a postcard asking them to confirm their address. The court upheld the law in a contentious 5-4 decision, with Justice Sonia Sotomayor writing in her dissent that the law will disproportionately make it harder for “minority, low-income, disabled, homeless, and veteran voters to cast a ballot.”........

Quote:
........With Murphy’s confirmation, Trump has now gotten 34 circuit judges, 53 district judges and two Supreme Court justices confirmed. Trump has gotten so many circuit judges confirmed ― more than any other president by this point in his first term ― that 1 in 6 seats on the U.S. circuit courts is now filled by a Trump nominee..........

Trump's conservative judges begin takeover of federal appeals courts

WASHINGTON – One of President Donald Trump's biggest achievements since entering the White House – making the federal courts more conservative – crossed a major threshold Tuesday.

For the first time, he turned a federal appeals court previously dominated by Democratic presidents' nominees into one with a majority of Republican presidents' choices.

Ailing man who got his wish for a call from Trump dies at 44

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — An ailing Connecticut man who had a bucket-list wish fulfilled when he received a call of encouragement of President Donald Trump has died.

And they think they're the kingmakers.

US bars entry to International Criminal Court investigators

WASHINGTON (AP) — The United States will revoke or deny visas to International Criminal Court personnel seeking to investigate alleged war crimes and other abuses committed by U.S. forces in Afghanistan or elsewhere, and may do the same with those who seek action against Israel, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Friday.

Pompeo, acting on a threat delivered in September by U.S. national security adviser John Bolton, framed the action as necessary to prevent the international body from infringing on U.S. sovereignty by prosecuting American forces or allies for torture or other war crimes.

Tribunal Declares Trump and Duterte Guilty of Crimes Against Humanity

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte and his government committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, aided and abetted by U.S. President Donald Trump and his administration, according to a recent ruling from the International Peoples’ Tribunal on the Philippines.

The tribunal, which was held in Brussels, Belgium, on September 18 and 19, 2018, rendered its 84-page decision on these crimes on March 8. Conveners of the tribunal included the International Association of Democratic Lawyers, European Association of Lawyers for Democracy and World Human Rights, Haldane Society of Socialist Lawyers, IBON International, and the International Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines. A panel of eight jurors from Egypt, France, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands and the United States heard testimony from 31 witnesses, including me.

State Department dodges helping American diplomats attacked by microwave sound devices in China: report

Diplomatics were pulled from the Havana, Cuba embassy after several State Department employees ended up with brain damage similar to a traumatic injury. Not top Americans doing work in China are coming forward to say they too have had problems, but the State Department isn’t doing anything to help them.

In a “60 Minutes” interview, diplomats and other Americans tasked with doing work between the U.S. and China are complaining that they are being ignored as they fight for with medical bills stacking up.

Trump Takes Aim at CPB Once Again

President Donald Trump has once again recommended phasing out federal funding for noncommercial TV and radio--comprising about 15% of noncom's total budget--but if recent past is any guide, he does not have enough support in Congress on either side of the aisle.

The phase-out was part of the President's budget, submitted to Congress last week. The budget is a recommendation, with Congress having the ultimate power of the purse.
