Not qualified but you can bet based on what happened to me when I had an unqualified person in 3rd 5th and 6th grades I kept a close eye on what was going on at school.
I can honestly say that in the 36 years combined my kids went to public school we only had 1 unqualified teacher.

That was when my oldest was in 5th grade. She was going through some personal issues which she was sharing with the students. But, because it was not effecting us academically I didn't say anything to the teacher or the school.

Instead used it as a learning tool at home.
