Unity with Tom Perez fat chance.

Babs Siperstein, highest-ranking trans person in Democratic Party, is out.

And it reeks. In these politics, in this Party, you fall in line or you’re out. And that’s fine, if you see political life as little besides turf, accumulation of power, and patronage. But if you’re there for a mission beyond buffing your own self up, retribution comes hard.

That kind of article like thing the OP links to wasn't filled with many details. Seemed like it was filled with raw emotions and baseless accusations of collusion.

Is New Jersey politics always like this?

They did elect Chris Christie governor.

I'm not going to point fingers; after all, we're stuck with Skeletor here in my state. But I didn't vote for him.

Shake-Up at Democratic National Committee, Longtime Officials Ousted

WASHINGTON — A shake-up is underway at the Democratic National Committee as several key longtime officials have lost their posts, exposing a still-raw rift in the party and igniting anger among those in its progressive wing who see retaliation for their opposition to DNC Chairman Tom Perez.
