Dem Donor Slams Party on MSNBC For Going Too Far Left: ‘Hopefully, We’ll Get Our Sh*t Together’

As former interim DNC chair Donna Brazile makes the media rounds this week and re-opens the still fresh wounds of the 2016 Democratic primary, in which tensions were high between the progressives and the moderates, a major donor is airing his concerns that the party has moved too far in one of those directions.

I think Stephen Cloobeck was making a reasonable point. :|

We do need middle ground. This progressive shift he's talking about,,, an example:

Those Justice Democrats et al. are attempting to primary our sitting Senator from West Virginia for crying out loud. Cone heads they are.

It's astounding we hold that West Virginia seat in the Senate, it is the last vestige of a toehold we have in that state. To primary him because he's not lefty enough for out of state liberals, and hand that seat over to the Republicans is outlandish.

Those Justice Democrats et al. aren't even original about what they're doing, they've taken a page from Sarah Palin's play book. We held the Senate for one if not two election cycles because of what she was doing to the Republicans. Helping us she was. She and her supporters were able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory for Republicans.

Sure, Stephen has a point, and he's also a humongous lying piece of shit.

The middle ground is way further over to the left than where the Democratic party currently plants it flag, so get to it, Sam, bring us on over to that middle ground.

So sick of this shit: assholes everywhere, as far as I'm concerned.

I don't think so. The Democratic party currently plants it flag far enough to the left that in red states the local parties have to move it quite a ways over to the right to have any hope of electing anyone at all to represent them vs having the GOP run roughshod all over them, all the time. Instead of just most of the time.

 Yes he is a whiner. He's also of the mindset within the Democratic Party that's lost 1000 seats across the country during the last eight years. Maybe Mr. Cloobeck is getting a bit too nervous, that if the Party moves to where it should be, his services will no longer be needed~
