You're hilarious. You're also one who pretends your outrage over Hunter Biden isn't about going after Joe Biden. It's hilarious to see your outrage over Hunter Biden make a few million off his dad's name, but no outrage over Jared Kushner making billions selling our nation out to the Suadis under his father-in-law.

On the other hand once again you are opposed to an investigation which involves democrats. As always.

I haven’t brought up Hunter in quite a while. You can’t post in a thread on any topic without pivoting to Trump. This is especially true when you can’t make your point on topic and are flailing for something to say. You are obsessed with the man. Trump lives in your head. What’s hilarious is you aren’t even aware of how obsessed you are.
Re: GOP runs away from Hunter Biden testimony
No, Trump OWNS your party. I don’t want him to be President again. Apparently you don’t really have a problem with it. You support all the politicians that support him and his plans for this country.JoeMemphis wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 8:57 am I haven’t brought up Hunter in quite a while. You have basically said you think that Joe Biden may have acted corruptly concerning his son. You’ve been talking about Hunter for MONTHS.
But compare your accusations about Joe Biden, and compare them to what you know about Donald Trump. Are they equal in any way? Or do you just not mind Republican corruption?
I mean, you used to go on and on about Medicare, and the waste, fraud and abuse in that system. You don’t do that anymore. It’s that because YOUR Senator, whom you will be voting for next year, was the President of the hospital company that was the purveyor of the biggest Medicare fraud in history? You’ve been part of big corporations - do you REALLY think that would happen without the President of the company knowing about it? Yet you don’t mind, because he’s got that R behind his name, right?
I call hypocrisy on that. You guys seem so damned concerned about the mote in our side’s eye, while ignoring the beam in your own.

Trump owns you. He lives in your head. You are derailing your own thread because you are obcessed with him. As I said. It hilarious that you can’t see how much he is in your head.gounion wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 11:25 am No, Trump OWNS your party. I don’t want him to be President again. Well Bub. That’s not true. I’m also not voting to support your guy. That’s what bugs you. The fact that I and 60 to 70 percent of the electorate don’t really want either candidate bothers you. Put that on top of your Trump obsession sets your hair on fire.
This thread has wandered waaay off topic. You successfully derailed your own thread and turned it into a Trump thread to feed your obsession. I’ll leave you to it. There is nothing new here.
Re: GOP runs away from Hunter Biden testimony
Yes you ARE voting to support Trump. Who do you think supports Trump and endorses him and backs everything he does? YOUR SENATORS - both of them, and you vote for them and support them. Your problem, not mine.JoeMemphis wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 1:05 pm Well Bub. That’s not true. I’m also not voting to support your guy. That’s what bugs you. You’ll support anyone but a Democrat. That’s why your Big Lie of being an independent moderate is so laughable.

Says the guy who voted against a republican governor who had a 65pct approval rating in a state with 65pct democrats.gounion wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 3:06 pm Yes you ARE voting to support Trump. I had no choice the guy running against him turned out to be just another liberal who hates our way of life.
He ran as a moderate then after the election showed his true colors as he became a big Whig in the democratic party.
So tell me in retrospect would have Jealous made a better governor than Hogan in your opinion

No, Joe, you are lying. When you vote and support those who support Trump then your actions support him. Your intentions are irrelevant.JoeMemphis wrote: ↑Fri Dec 01, 2023 1:05 pm Well Bub. I only hate conservatism because it is a mental illness which has never, ever done anything good for the country, society or people in the last 50 years. Of course, I could just pity those who suffer from this mental illness but their actions impact me directly so pity just doesn’t cut it.

That’s your opinion Bird. I think it’s bullshit but you are welcome to it. Another poster stated an analogy that if he were silent about the Seattle Seahawks, that doesn’t equate to supporting the Seattle Seahawks. I would take that a step further. I would say that if I voted for someone who supported the Seattle Seahawks, that doesn’t equate to me supporting the Seattle Seahawks. Simple concept. Maybe you’ll finally get it.
What you need to deal with is the reality that despite how flawed in character Trump is and despite what a shitty person he is, he is running dead even with your guy. Why is that? Perhaps it has something to do with policy. Perhaps your policy isn’t working. You can’t deal with that reality so you seek to demonize anyone who doesn’t want to join your club and surrender to progressivism. Nice try. But it won’t work.
I don’t like Trump. Never voted for him never will. But I won’t vote for candidate I believe will support policies that are bad for the country. Now you may see things differently. You are welcome to spend your vote as you choose. That’s democracy.
Re: GOP runs away from Hunter Biden testimony
Policy is irrelevant in the current Nooz environment. As long as talking heads reading slanted copy from TelePrompTers passes for the real story of what's happening in the world, policy as opposed to opinion leading is going to remain irrelevant.
I'm a realist on the border situation. If Great Britain, which is a small isolated island surrounded by dangerous waters, can't keep migrants out, then this country doesn't stand a chance. Governors can put up razor wire, cement walls, and even mine fields all they want, but it won't keep more than a very small fraction of the migrants out. Desperate people find a way. The whole thing has become a partisan talking point more for polemic use, because I suspect that on a gut level most people would agree that the problem has no immediate solution.

I suspect on a gut level most people realize that prior to this POTUS the border problem wasn’t nearly as bad or nearly as out of control as it is currently. That’s being a realist. We were controlling our borders much better prior to this POTUS. The Reality is this POTUS hated DJT so much he threw out a policy that was working to a degree and replaced it with opening the borders and giving migrants a hall pass in exchange for a promise to appear in three to four years. He did all that knowing how difficult and costly it would be to deport all these folks who don’t show up for court or who don’t qualify for asylum. I suspect on a gut level most folks know who is at fault. They know whose policy is failing. Whose policy has never worked.ZoWie wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2023 12:27 pm Policy is irrelevant in the current Nooz environment.
