What wine pairs best with a quesarito?

You'll be able to find out for yourself this summer. Taco Bell has confirmed earlier reports that the soon-to-open Wicker Park location, at 1439 N. Milwaukee Ave., will serve beer, wine and boozy "freezes," according to a spokesperson for the brand.

Don't get any ideas about to-go cups, though. Alcoholic drinks will be served to eat-in customers only, in a different cup than virgin drinks so employees know if anyone is trying to sneak one out the door.

The new location is also getting a serious makeover compared to its Taco Bell brethren. The interior, similar to designs launched at Taco Bells in Tokyo, Seoul and the U.K., will feature exposed brick walls, murals, communal tables with wooden stools and pops of accent colors such as bright purple and teal.

Tacos and booze. A winning combination. Especially at 2am.

The only drink that goes with Taco Bell's food is Kaopectate.

I don't see a problem with serving alcohol at any establishment.

Especially Chuck-E-Cheese. No, not to the kids, but after three minutes in there, the adults need a bunch of good, stiff drinks.

If it is 2am and you are at Taco Bell you've had all the beer you need for one night. [from what I hear]

If you've got dumped from a bar at 2 AM because it's too late to serve alcohol, you won't be getting it at Taco Bell.

I remember going out for breakfast at 3 AM after a big night drinking back in the seventies and early eighties. We would go to June and Ann's on Broadway and Harry Street, or The Pancake House on Kellogg and Market in Wichita. All closed down now for years.

Then home to crash.
