Have i ever mentioned how much i dislike how long investigations take?

i like what i'm seeing so far.

i'm becoming more and more certain that Trump was actually commanding his troops some three months before the election.

Rudy, the drunken Rasputin gadfly he was, is being exposed very well.

Now i want his Generals. Stone, Bannon......(name others here)

I'm hoping they have the connection between the Commander. Rasputin, his generals, and the paramilitary leaders who were parroting Trumps battle plans word for word via bullhorns during the storming of the Capital.

What we saw this week was not a congressional hearing.
At best it was a documentary about a congressional hearing.
Nothing in the TV show that we already didn't know. I am wondering if in the next 6 episodes if we will be seeing any live testimony or it will be just more of the same.
The only thing remotely new I got from it is I am now wondering if trump has an actual grip on reality. Or does he believe his own lies

We had live testimony in the very first hearing. Your talking points need an update.

The bad part is most of the GOP believe his lies. What is THEIR grip on reality?

Is Trump nuts? Yes. He’s a pathological liar and a narcissist. A sociopath, too.

Does he believe the election was actually stolen? No. He started all this in 2016 when he was losing in the polls.

He started in again well before the 2020 election, stating that if he lost it would be rigged and he’d take it all the way to the Supreme Court. That he wouldn’t concede and wouldn’t leave. And his fixer lawyer warned us years ago.

And the poster attacking these hearings with Fox talking points is doing exactly what Trump wants. And if it’s old news he sure has defended and denied any wrong doing. And I doubt he’s even watching because there has been live testimony and it’s clear he doesn’t follow along. So maybe take a seat.

Yes, this was the plan he had in 2016, losing and never conceding, saying HE was really the President, not Clinton, and raising money by calling the Clinton Presidency a sham. That was the plan all along.

Agreed that we need to hear more about Giuliani, though there are problems. First one is that he didn't testify, and no one who did has the balls, or is it the death wish, to go against him. He's America's Mayor, and all that. He Got Us Through 9/11, and all that. In the intervening generation since that dark day, however, there's been a lot of change. He's gone completely off his rocker and became either a madman, a gangster, a Russian asset, or (most likely) all three. Ranting and raving across the street from the Delaware Crematorium, and threatening to bring the wrath of all the world's lawyers down on anyone who dares to cross him.

I just finished reading a piece in my Apple + news feed. About a DOJ assistant AG named Clark. Trump sycophant. Tried to get trump to replace Rosen with him. The piece describes the Oval Office meeting with Clark, Rosen, and a bunch of assistant AG’s. Oddly, the description shows trump making logical decisions. Not convinced he was delusional. Obviously he’ll go to extremes not to lose. He’s just a morally bad person.

You just read about Clark. Which shows you, like the other board cons, choose not to follow along. So your opinion on indictments isn’t much.

Posted like the true partisan hack/troll you are.

The hearings have laid out a timeline and tied the participants to Trump. If you can't see that then just keep driving your truck and leave the thinking to the rest of us adults.

Yep. And I bet he isn’t even following. He’s just repeating RW talking points instead of paying attention to the actual facts,

The hearings are being led by a staunch Republican, and the witnesses are all Republicans from Trump’s inner circle.

There's about as much of a chance of locking him up in a nut house as there is putting him behind bars. i'm not in it for that. i want the record set straight. For history.

[bold] Well that makes it worse. He knew what he was doing and did it anyway. Criminal intent.

Ya, i just can't see who in their right mind would still consider him America's Mayor. Borat took care of that.

It's kinda sad. He had it all in the palm of his hands. To have risen so high and fallen so low makes me wonder, wtf?

Rudy was never a good guy, and never was America’s Mayor. He shamelessly milks 911.

He helped remove one mob set to replace it with another (Russian mob, surprise surprise).

Problem with criminal intent is you need a crime. There’s a law that allows members of congress to challenge the vote count. I’m pretty sure it’s unconstitutional but it’s kinda how this shit got on track.

A whole lot of this was on the fringes.

But It’s not on the fringes. This was an attempted coup. You have no clue what you’re talking about. As per usual,

New video from Liz Cheney and the Jan 6th Committee about Thursday’s hearing. She points out the crimes - what Trump was plotting was illegal. Eric Hershman, one of Trump’s lawyers, told Eastman to hire a great criminal defense lawyer, because he’s going to need it.

It was produced by an award winning TV producer.
I am not denying the facts he put in his documentary but you call it a congressional hearing is misleading

You can’t even think for yourself when it comes to phrases. So you gotta copy another poster.

You’ve been denying, defending and attempting to distract from Jan 6 since the start because you’re too fragile to deal with reality. Guess what? No amount of denial, crying, whining and lying changes anything. Why don’t you spend some time and follow what’s actually going on and watch the hearings and facts instead of spending so much energy trying to deny what happened on Jan 6th. Stop defending Donald Trump and pushing his talking points. I know that’s tough for someone who cheers for a political party like it’s a football team and cares more about a political party over the United States.

I said I do not disagree or dispute the facts put forward in the tv show. That is hardly a defense of trump
