I do not believe there should be any charges but, he should lose his job.
No Rudy should not be charged.
I do not believe there should be any charges but, he should lose his job.
Again, should Rudy be charged for false accusations? Everything he said was demonstrably false.
No he shouldn't. Nobody should put their hands on any public offical. Rudy has a valid point in charging him but, personally I believe Rudy is being an asshole in doing so.
Oh? Rudy is a public official? Since what decade?Glennfs wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 3:19 pm No he shouldn't. Nobody should put their hands on any public offical. Rudy has a valid point in charging him but, personally I believe Rudy is being an asshole in doing so.
That guy wanted to be a big man and brag to his friends about insulting Guiliani....well how did that work out
So how exactly is calling Rudy an asshole defending him.
You are being partisan and ridiculous. Rudy is well within his rights to charge the guy. But, imo he is an asshole for doing so.
I agree Rudy should have had his people complain to the managment who in turn should have fired the guyDrak wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 3:31 pm If Rudy was a man of quality, a man character, you know, a stand up guy? This wouldn't even be a story.
Instead, we have a weasel who deals with Kremlin agents telling the stupidest lie we've seen in recent times. And one of the board cons is defending him.
The guy tapped Rudy on the back and said some words to him. Big fucking deal. Words less offensive that anything Rudy has ever said about anyone else.
This is part of an op trying to frame liberals as being the violent ones and an attempted distraction from J6 and SCOTUS, and it's beyond dumb. Just like the board con started doing when the ridiculous op began.
Glennfs wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 2:49 pm Rudy is just an old man who stayed at the party to long. The poster child as to why people of a certain age should not be involved with our government.
Had he retired 15 years ago written a couple of books gave some speeches his legacy would have been as one of the greatest mayors in NYC history.
Instead he will be remembered as an asshole.
As for the "assault" the employee should not have touched or insulted him and should be fired.
You're defending him by stating he shouldn't be charged or face consequences for obvious false reports.
No one was assaulted. It was a pat on the back. Period. There's video. It's not even up for debate. And Rudy IS NOT A PUBLIC OFFICIAL.
RIDICULOUS charge , putting employment aside, can you see him being charged if Rudy isnt Rudy?ProfX wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 4:02 pm Public figure != public official.
Bill and Hillary Clinton are still public figures, but are not public officials. Anymore.
You're welcome.
The ShopRite employee is being charged with 2nd degree assault and harassment. No battery. His employer suspended him.
Whether he's terminated or not is up to his boss, many employers frown on this behavior toward any customer. No matter how much of an asshole they are. The management reserve the right to refuse service to customers, but employees are not free to diss them, if management has not done so.
When someone says there are two America's, this is what they mean I think. Not right vs left, per se, rich vs poor.
Half the world has gone batshit crazy GU.Libertas wrote: ↑Tue Jun 28, 2022 12:01 pm Without Rudy claiming it was anything but what it was you wouldn’t have anybody making comments like the one you are responding to, people have lost their fucking minds.
Without Rudy’s comments you can play this video without sound for board cons and ask them if they see anything wrong in the video of course they wouldn’t be able to tell you what was wrong.
The employee should be fired as he would be had he insulted any customer. Or imagine he had done that to Maxine Waters or AOC or a gay or trans person. No charges because he really did not assault anyone. But, he should be fired immediately.
Rudy should be charged with filing a false complaint
Then after that put him in prison for 3 or more consecutive life terms for his many crimes.
