What is your rep doing to fix inflation, besides soapboxing against immigrants, ,showing up to KlanPAC, and proposing antivaxx bills?

Eighth time asking.

If you are talking about the Roosevelt Institute or CAP, I suppose.

However, I also cited plenty of other more 'neutral' think tanks and experts.

Rotfl anybody remember this?

Abramoff defends Norquist - Politico, 2011

Jack Abramoff, the disgraced lobbyist, came to the defense of Grover Norquist on Friday, shielding the president of Americans for Tax Reform from the criticism that he enjoys too much power in Washington.
But yes, let's listen to what Americans for Tax Reform sez about this bill. Glennfs is so far to the right he votes for CPAC'ers, and thinks Americans for Tax Reform website is a valid reference.

Board con took time out of his day to complain that the richest people on earth will have to pay taxes.

This is example #213 of why America is broken.

AP FACT CHECK: GOP skews budget bill’s impact on IRS, taxes
https://apnews.com/article/inflation-ap ... 843234cab7

[snip]

The “ Inflation Reduction Act,” which awaits a House vote after passing in the Senate on Sunday, would increase the ranks of the IRS, but it would not create a mob of armed auditors looking to harass middle-class taxpayers, as some Republicans are claiming.

[snip]

HOUSE MINORITY LEADER KEVIN MCCARTHY, R-CALIF.: “Do you make $75,000 or less? Democrats’ new army of 87,000 IRS agents will be coming for you -- with 710,000 new audits for Americans who earn less than $75k.” – tweet Tuesday.

[snip]

THE FACTS: That’s misleading. Last year, before the bill emerged, the Treasury Department had proposed a plan to hire roughly that many IRS employees over the next decade if it got the money. The IRS will be releasing final numbers for its hiring plans in the coming months, according to a Treasury official. But those employees will not all be hired at the same time, they will not all be auditors and many will be replacing employees who are expected to quit or retire, experts and officials say.

[snip]

THE FACTS: Nothing in the bill raises taxes on people earning less than $400,000, contrary to Laxalt’s claims. There are no individual tax rate increases for anyone in the bill, experts say.

[snip][end]

BTW, not mentioned in the article, but I did post it earlier, Guv. dePutin also repeated this false claim about an "IRS army" going after ordinary taxpayers.

Yes, the IRS is hiring more staff - over a decade. Some will work in enforcement. Most are going to be other clerical staff. The new enforcement staff are going to be going after things like crypto scams and international oligarchs, not average "salt of the earth" U.S. taxpayers.

President Biden
@POTUS

United States government official
For decades, special interests have stood in the way of progress for American families. That ends with the Inflation Reduction Act.

Dont forget Kamala, and over at faux right now they are doing some story about her meeting with child actors while Taliban did something...so, from now on we get to do this about cons, right? America is broken.

While Putin and Trump met to orchestrate the STEALING of secret docs, what were board cons doing? What was Lindsey Graham doing?

I swear to god a sane, mentally healthy person at this point would want to do something EXTREME...There is a point when we simply cant just point out what they are doing, we have to STOP them!

Biden signs Inflation Reduction Act.
President Joe Biden on Tuesday signed into law a $430 billion bill that is seen as the biggest climate package in U.S. history, designed to cut domestic greenhouse gas emissions as well as lower prescription drug prices and high inflation.

At a White House event, Biden was joined by Democratic leaders including Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, whose support was crucial to passage of the Inflation Reduction Act along party lines, after he blockaded much larger measures pushed by the White House.

Biden used the signing to criticize Republicans. Democrats hope to capitalize on a string of legislative victories in congressional midterm elections in November and roll out inflation act ad campaigns.

"In this historic moment, Democrats sided with the American people and every single Republican sided with the special interests," said Biden. "Every single Republican in Congress voted against this bill."

This is right, @SenSchumer. Buy why can’t we get re-vote on voting rights, family leave, & $15 minimum wage? Why can’t we care about the 140 million poor & low-wealth people of this nation & do more than call them essential workers?

taxpayer money given as incentive to big business to affect climate change doesnt seem like it would be effective but when you pair that with the proliferation of climate changing weapons like in Ukraine and Saudi Arabia and all the other places it becomes obvious that the problem is worsening and sharply too.
