There isn't only one.
There have been a number of lawyers who have brought suit over the Emoluments Clause, the last case which was dismissed, was dismissed over standing. Others are winding their way through court.
196 Democratic members of Congress are currently suing him over this.
Not just people, states have sued him, Maryland and Washington D.C have filed suit.
Groups, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington have, I think it was dismissed last month. I don't think they are the only group.
All told there have been 30, 40 of theses Emoluments Clause cases so far.
Good for them, but their cases fall to lack standing.
I'm getting the idea that only Congress, not a few congressmen, but half of the House, 2/3 of Senate, all of Congress acting together have that standing, and their remedy is through impeachment.
