...to go after this sociopathic grifter?

A Lonely Legal Fight To Make Trump Comply With The Law.

Quote:
Among the biggest creditors on the list, Deutsche Bank is owed more than $130 million by Trump, on four loans.

Speaking with NPR last month, Lovitky said, "If the president is personally liable to Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Bank has a tremendous amount of leverage over the president, because every asset of the president could be attached by Deutsche Bank."

The Deutsche Bank loans are reported to be of interest to Department of Justice special counsel Robert Mueller as he investigates Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and possible connections between the Trump campaign and Russia. The bank has declined to address these questions.

Lovitky filed a second lawsuit in December, naming two of Trump's top advisers, first daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner. It says that in Kushner's disclosure, information is incomplete or missing for 32 companies, raising the possibility of hidden conflicts of interest.

"We don't know which types of companies they had a financial interest in, which in turn could affect how they perform their official duties," Lovitky said.

In a related story from fake news at NPR...
Deutsche Bank Subpoena May Put Mueller On Collision Course With Trump.
But will Deutsche Bank comply?

There isn't only one.

There have been a number of lawyers who have brought suit over the Emoluments Clause, the last case which was dismissed, was dismissed over standing. Others are winding their way through court.

196 Democratic members of Congress are currently suing him over this.

Not just people, states have sued him, Maryland and Washington D.C have filed suit.

Groups, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington have, I think it was dismissed last month. I don't think they are the only group.

All told there have been 30, 40 of theses Emoluments Clause cases so far.

Good for them, but their cases fall to lack standing.

I'm getting the idea that only Congress, not a few congressmen, but half of the House, 2/3 of Senate, all of Congress acting together have that standing, and their remedy is through impeachment.

This is not about the Emoluments Clause, Sam. Its about his involvement with Deutschebank. You might try to stick with the OP topic for once in your fucking life.

Lovitky is feeling pretty much abandoned in this fight over Trump's indebtedness to Deutsche bank.

If you want to talk about the Emoluments Clause, or the basis for other lawsuits against Trump, start your own thread, instead of relying on your fucked up habit of derailing somebody else's.

A centerpiece of your article:

"Speaking with NPR last month, Lovitky said, "If the president is personally liable to Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Bank has a tremendous amount of leverage over the president, because every asset of the president could be attached by Deutsche Bank.""

Consider what this is about. "Deutsche Bank has a tremendous amount of leverage over the president" Deutsche Bank is a foreign bank.

That brings up the Emoluments Clause Ike.

I'm on topic. :|

What is not on topic is your attack on me, instead of attacking my argument. That's what to put it in your own vulgar words, is "fucked up."

 Deutsche Bank seems to be one of the only financial institutions willing to do business with Trump besides the Russians? It's great we have a lawyer who more than willing to follow the money~!!
