But, I will answer your stupid question.

If you are driving drunk and run a stop sign hit my car and the hospital for some reason had to take a sample of my DNA. If that DNA is found to make me a suspect in a crime then I should be arrested.

BTW from the dijaknow file. The government took my fingerprints back in 1981 when I obtained my liquor license.
The government dud a background check on me after 911 when I applied for a HazMat permit.
According to you if I go out now and commit a crime the government should not be allowed to use those prints or background information against me.

Such is liberal logic
im talking about people that haven’t committed a crime. People that are VICTIMS.

You want a fucking police state. I’m not surprised.

You guys are consistent in not wanting to see criminals arrested.
For example 100pct of illegal aliens are criminals. But, the loony left wants to welcome them with open arms and open borders

Deflection. You want to treat victims like criminals. But then that’s always how the GOP viewed rape victims. As a father of three daughters I’d think you would see things differently.

Undocumented immigrants far less likely to commit crimes in U.S. than citizens
https://news.wisc.edu/undocumented-immi ... -citizens/

Crime rates among undocumented immigrants are just a fraction of those of their U.S.-born neighbors, according to a first-of-its-kind analysis of Texas arrest and conviction records.

Compared to undocumented immigrants, U.S. citizens were twice as likely to be arrested for violent felonies in Texas from 2012 to 2018, two-and-a-half times more likely to be arrested for felony drug crimes, and over four times more likely to be arrested for felony property crimes, according to a study published by University of Wisconsin–Madison researchers today in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

It would figure as U.S. imprisons the most people in the world and has massive societal bursting inequality that make up the reasons for that imprisonment.

LA is full of "illegal" aliens, as the Nooz calls them, and 99 out of 100 work their asses off and keep their mouths shut because they want to stay here and not go back to some wretched village where the armed gangs steal your daughter and shoot your son.

The idea that there are hordes of rapacious criminals waiting in Mexico to sneak over in the dead of night is up there with the commie in the black robe hiding under your bed with a little round bomb and all male Blacks fantasizing about raping white girls. All part of the Great Conservative Lie about the dangerous Other.

The average immigrant that right wing assholes call “illegals,” provides far more to our country than they do in every conceivable manner.

This is not a statement of exaggeration, but is, in fact, an obvious statement of fact.

Most of them pay taxes for which they’ll never get anything in return.
I sigh in your general direction.

There is some debate remaining over whether it is possible for a human being to be illegal. In the USA, that borders on unconstitutional, though the current carefully crafted Republican SCOTUS will never admit such a political heresy (in their eyes).

My guess, though, is that it's impossible. What's illegal is their immigration status, but that's too hard for the thinking-impaired to say.

Yes, I believe I said that. It's the status that is illegal, not the person's existence, because there's a higher law regarding that. Humans drew a line in the sand, and they're on the wrong side of it so it's legal to put them back on the other side so they can sneak in again and lie about it better next time.

As the Chicanos in LA used to say, "Everyone learns how do do it right eventually."

One of my favorite shirts shows a Mayan in native dress looking at "camera," and captioned, "Who are you calling illegal, PILGRIM?"

I would find it hard to understand why a hospital would take a DNA sample from you if you are a victim. Even if they did that the police probably wouldn't have access to the DNA because it should be protected under HIPPA.

The above is an example of comparing apples to oranges. Fingerprinting isn't uncommon for a number of occupations including police, the military, child care providers, doctors, etc... Background checks are also done on many of the same occupations. I've had a background done on me when I entered the AF so it's not big deal. Fingerprinting and background checks do not make you a victim.

You need a print for notarization in CA, and I think they still take them for the driver's license. I had to give a full set to CBP for the GlobalEntry card, and a full background check for certification to enter the Olympic athletes' village at UCLA. They had troops in humvees guarding that one. Presumably I'll do another one in a few years when they are crazy enough to have the Olympics in LA again.

BFD.
