No, when asked about issues and the votes, you always plead ignorance. You just haven't heard what's going on. You know that's how you do things, because you never want to defend a stance.

First this:

Then this:
Manchin and Sinema will moderate events ...
Those two aside, the politicians you throw your vote to use their religion as a personal stick, and a legislative bludgeon.

Conservative Christians in this country have a very long, ugly history of doing exactly this.

So I find myself having to choose which side comes closer to what I think is the right overall direction for the country. According to the polling, most folks don’t think we are headed in the right direction. Also they don’t have much confidence in either party to figure it out. I’m just one vote of millions. We’ll find out next November who people choose.
Every time the GOP is in power they obliterate the economy and run up the tab. That's a fact. But sure, blame liberals.

Not headed in the right direction polls is easy to understand when there's constant disinformation, propaganda and lies being pushed out almost entirely by one side who tells the base that the last election was stolen.

Doesn't seem like you do. You seem to hardly know what's going on. And voters won't have much choice working it out when there's a massive disinformation op happening coupled with laws being passed to place election decisions in the hands of the GOP.

What policy? You aren’t talking about policy. You are focused on who votes for who.

Yeah Yeah Yeah

Disinformation. Fake News

You gonna pretend that’s all one sided. You claim I don’t know what’s going on and then pretend like candidates of all stripes and their campaigns don’t say whatever they think gets their ass elected. You gonna pretend that claiming 3.5 trillion dollars costs nothing. Like that’s sane sound clear undistorted truth and not bullshit to get people to support something because you’ve convinced them it’s free. Don’t lecture me in disinformation. Cleanup your own backyard.

It was Dick Cheney and the GOP that said "deficits don't matter".

Oh, right, they ONLY matter when Dems are in charge.

Here is where Memphis is 100pct correct. The Senate is 50/50 the democratic party is 3 seats from not having the house. Biden won against the most polarizing figure in our history and currently holds a near record low approval rating.
The democratic party has no mandate and the progressive wing if that party has even less of a mandate.
But people on the left act as if they have this massive mandate that is being stopped by 2 Democrats plus the filibuster.
People are not on board with the left wing agenda of the Biden administration or the leadership of the democratic party.

Comparing a 250 million dollar Medicare expansion with a 3.5 trillion dollar government spending bill.
Yep that is exactly the same thing.

How fucking hilarious. After Donald Trump, you say Biden is the most polarizing figure in history!

And no, his approval rating is NOT at a record low.

And if you look at the ratings for Build Back Better, it's popular.

Can you say ANYTHING that's true?

Deficits don't matter when the GOP wants to spend money. Did they care when Trump wanted to continually cut taxes?

More of your bullshit.

What a load of bullshit as per usual. You don't have a clue what's going on.

Projection and gaslighting. They've used that tactic throughout the entire Trump presidency to vilify the press, while pushing heavy doses of fake news all over social media, such as Facebook.

It mostly is one sided. The disinformation "fake news" is coming primarily from the right. You don't see the constant barrage of dangerous lying and disinformation ops from left wing sources that you do from the likes of Fox News, Newsmax, OAN etc. and GOP politicians, who spread nothing but fear based lies and propaganda to constantly keep the base riled up. They don't govern or offer policy to the American people. Fake caravans. Fake invasions. Fake virus. Vaccines are bad. Those are just some examples. That's what authoritarians do.

It doesn't matter how low the GOP goes, there is no bottom. You will always claim both sides because you don't follow what's going on or ignore it. Just like you said you don't really care about Trump, even though he caused and still continues to case serious damage.

The Big Lie is one of the biggest disinformation ops in American history, with the goal of destabilizing democracy.

Lecturing you eh? You sure like the play the victim card when you're called out for you bullshit.

Your people make up the party of theocrats, racists, violent vigilantes, greed-crazed warmongers, and other people obsessed with killing machines. Your churches are full of QAnon and COVID. You guys are lead by the nose by the worst president in modern history, and you seem to like it that way.

What a total load of bullshit lies. The polls show most Americans are in favor Biden's plans. You like Joe, do not follow what's going on. There are two senators who refuse to move it forward, because they Koch are owned Dinos.

Those folks who thought differently? Interesting. OK, they have filed how many lawsuits and lost how many lawsuits? Yet the Republican party cannot bring itself on virtually any level to make the statement that Biden won fairly.

What left wing agenda? WHAT FUCKING LEFT WING AGENDA?

I am tired of your crap, Glen. Please tell us what the "left wing agenda" is. And don't give us "look it up" crap. What do YOU think the so-called left wing agenda is? Post it. Now. Then post what the FUCK the Republican party proposes as alternatives.

If the Republican Party takes congress in 2022 I give the country less than 20 years before it implodes.

I’m no victim Drak. Never have been. I don’t care whether you agree or not. It’s a discussion board. We are rarely going to agree.

You use this both sides claim when you want to make a point claiming that it’s somehow justified or different when you do it. But you complain if anyone else here does it. Policy discussions often involve comparisons. Politics is always about the push and pull between the two dominant parties. So you can stick your head in the sand and pretend that bullshit isn’t bullshit just because it comes from Democrats. There are Republicans out there who think the same thing in reverse and they can give you examples chapter and verse.

Nothing changes in the pissing match. However most people are in the middle of this pissing match and they don’t really give a shit. All they know is they are getting pissed on. Democratic piss isnt anymore pleasant that Republican piss.

Yah it is, so quit whining about being lectured when you don't like what someone is telling you. And again, you don't get the both sides thing I'm referring to. I explained this to you before. You constantly say both sides are the same while attacking the left, and it's mostly always bullshit. You're the one that does that. You're confusing this with whatboutism arguments.
