Going to visit some friends and relatives for several days, and may take a few more days beyond that, depending on how I feel. Life is good. The only thing you might see me here for is to wipe the dozens, sometimes hundreds of Russian accounts that try to register on the site every day. But otherwise, I’m checking out for a while.
Played pickleball today. Did far better than I thought I would. Got a lot of 40-years ago muscle memory from racketball, but the hand-eye coordination needs work, either that or there was a hole in my paddle.
Only problem is that you can’t hit the ball too hard in racketball, and I kept wanting to slam it, and went over everyone’s heads.
Have a good time. Pickle ball is notorious in these parts. Older folks up at crack of dawn slamming the ball around on weekends before people are even up. Retribution for the “get off my lawn” gang. lol.
