First F1 Race sets tone for dismal season

Never have there been more races or less competition.

After sandbagging for two days, Red Bull hit the afterburner button, and before the first round of pit stops Verstappen was ahead by 30 seconds. At the end of the race, he was ahead by something like 20.

I'm seriously considering not following F1 this year, or maybe only watching the big traditional ones like Silverstone and Monaco. It's Max and the 19 Dwarfs, and I'm over it.
