House Intelligence Committee Releases Impeachment Report. The committee is now passing the Trump impeachment proceedings to the House Judiciary Committee.

Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee laid out “overwhelming” evidence of misconduct by President Donald Trump in a detailed report released Tuesday, marking the next stage in the impeachment inquiry against the president.

The committee plans to vote on approval of the report Tuesday evening. By doing so, it will formally pass the impeachment proceedings to the House Judiciary Committee, which will begin its own set of impeachment hearings Wednesday.

Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said during a press conference that it was “deeply concerning” that members of Congress may have been “complicit.” (Nunes’ office did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the phone records in the report.)

Republicans on the Judiciary Committee actually believe they can get Mr. Schiff to admit his hearings were a shame and a farce...good luck with that.

Well, it's increasingly appearing to me that we need more than an impeachment inquiry into Trump.

Looks to me like there's enough here to merit a Congressional Ethics investigation - not into Adam Schiff, who's done nothing wrong, but into Devin Nunes.

And we'll get his little cow too. :D

The only way this clown disappears through the voting polls next year

Devin Nunes Sues CNN For More Than $435 Million Over Ukraine-Biden Report

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) passed up few opportunities to bash the media in the recent impeachment hearings, and now he’s suing what he calls the “mother of fake news” — CNN.

Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, filed a lawsuit against the network Tuesday, seeking damages of more than $435 million.

Filing SLAPP suits at every perceived opportunity is not a good look, unless you are trying to hide something, or have too thin a skin for politics.
