Malik Willis QB from Liberty U has on paper everything he needs to be one of best QBs in the league.
He is a little short at 6 ft tall and will need a little time to adjust to from going from Liberty U to the NFL. But, barring injuries or getting selected by the Jets he is going to be a star.

Last I heard, they don't play football games on paper.

I don't see anyone calling for him to be the next Tom Brady. All I see is they're saying he's the best of a very weak QB draft class.

Is there anyone else saying he's the next great QB?

Being good in college football doesn't necessarily mean he'll do good in the NFL. The NFL is littered with first round draft busts. Only time will tell how good a player is.
