Obviously, we don't know much about the plot. This is just a teaser. Jake and Natiri (sp?) now have kids. Most of the film will be set in the oceans of Pandora, which we didn't see much of in the first film. Obviously, there are still humans on the planet. My guess is the human desire for Pandora's resources hasn't ended.

One of these days, they're just going to stop, and they'll go ahead and call them MacGuffins!
As for the movie, it looks like "same plot, this time in water!"
