Republican Rep. Madison Cawthorn failed to properly disclose up to $950,000 in cryptocurrency trades, including 'Let's Go Brandon' coin, bitcoin, and ethereum

Nothing to see here if done by GOP, they will skate. I mean they always do, right?
I sigh in your general direction.

This one is going to be interesting, since the GOP threw Madison Cawthorn under the bus for outing their orgies and dressing up in women's clothes. So they went full-on con and just gaybaited him. :problem:

Concentric circles of confusion going on with all of these people... :?

Anyway, that's a lot of crypto. And yes, they always skate....or, expect to. :problem:

He's 26 years old and had his business that barely made any money so the question I have is where did he get this amount of money? Remember Watergate and the infamous line "Follow the money?"

Like his mentor.

Trump is the worst businessperson who ever lived, biggest failure.

Yet, because he had a book written filled with lies, many people with actual brains believe the opposite.
I sigh in your general direction.

He is gone thank goodness as for where he got the funds aren't his parents wealthy.

As for him what an unqualified asshole. 26 years old and in a safe district. He could have been a Congressman for the next 40 years.

No, he is too gay for that.

He is lucky that the GOP/RNC could never get away with pulling an actual Night of the Long Knives on him, or any of the out-gay cons like Christian Walker or Peter Thiel or Milo Yiannopolous.

They'll be the first to go in the heterosupremacist/white-nationalist dystopia guys like you are trying to vote in.

Though these vicious people would never defend us, some of us will probably end up defending them. :problem:

This is how conservative whites treat real and perceived gay conservative whites, by the way.

Night of the Long Knives - Brittanica
Night of the Long Knives, in German history, purge of Nazi leaders by Adolf Hitler on June 30, 1934. Fearing that the paramilitary SA had become too powerful, Hitler ordered his elite SS guards to murder the organization’s leaders, including Ernst Röhm. Also killed that night were hundreds of other perceived opponents of Hitler.

The “Blood Purge”

By the end of May 1934, Hitler had been chancellor for 16 months and dictator for 14 (under the Enabling Act of March 24, 1933), but two obstacles to his absolute power remained. First was his old comrade Ernst Röhm, chief of staff of the SA (Sturmabteilung; German: “Assault Division”), or Brownshirts. Röhm wanted to have his troops incorporated into the new Wehrmacht that was being prepared to take the place of the Reichswehr, despite the fact that the conservative-minded generals were resolutely opposed to any such contamination of the army by the SA. Second, German Pres. Paul von Hindenburg was still alive and in office and, if he wished, could have stopped all of Hitler’s plans by handing power over to the Reichswehr. Hitler, knowing that military strength was necessary for his foreign policy and that antagonizing the generals could be fatal to himself, decided to sacrifice Röhm.

Alleging that Röhm was plotting a putsch, Hitler ordered a massacre. On the night of June 30, 1934, Röhm and many more leaders of the SA were shot by members of Heinrich Himmler’s SS (Schutzstaffeln; German: “Protective Echelon”). Some of Hitler’s other enemies were also murdered, including the last chancellor of the Weimar Republic, Kurt von Schleicher; Gregor Strasser, who until 1932 had been second only to Hitler in the Nazi Party; Bavarian ex-separatist Gustav von Kahr; conservative critic Edgar Jung; and Catholic professor Erich Klausener. Vice-Chancellor Franz von Papen only narrowly escaped inclusion among the victims, and he was dismissed from the vice-chancellorship three days later (July 3). The generals, whose chief spokesman was the minister of defense, Werner von Blomberg, were certainly impressed by the efficiency with which Röhm and his SA clique had been eliminated.
They also threw the architect of their beloved Lavender Scare and other Cold War commiebaiting to the wolves. Why wouldn't they. They're vicious.

FBI releases files on President Trump’s late lawyer, Roy Cohn - CNBC, 2019
• The FBI on Friday released nearly 750 pages of documents from the bureau’s file on controversial lawyer Roy Cohn, whose clients included President Donald Trump when Trump was a fledgling real estate mogul in New York City.

• “Where’s my Roy Cohn?” Trump has been quoted lamenting when he was faced with political and legal pressures.

• Cohn was at least the first of two personal lawyers for Trump to be disbarred. The second was Trump’s more recent attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen, who gave porn star Stormy Daniels hush money to keep her quiet about an alleged sexual tryst with Trump.
Being seen choosing conservatism in public won't save these white-gay conservatives, real or perceived. No matter how loyal they are to these noose-knotters.

Never does...I can't think of one time it ever has. I'm not sure what white-conservative-man entitlement issues were clouding his noggin, but Madison Cawthorn was gaybaited out of office. Maybe next time he'll think twice about throwing in his lot with the very people looking to Ernst Röhm him.

Any evidence to support this claim his parents are wealthy?

Glennfs is suffering from cognitive dissonance.

In every single thread about labor and economics, he is overdefensive of wealthy people.

When it comes to Madison Cawthorn and his perceived wealth, suddenly it's different, hm, wonder why that is.

I don't think it's cognitive dissonance because he's confessed to purposely lying on this board. I chalk it up to his inhaling too many diesel fumes from his truck and the sad part of it is he enjoys it.

Well, you have a point there.

These are people who look themselves right in the mirror and tell themselves they're everyone else's superiors.

Not even realizing nobody wants to be like them or live like them. :? So weird.

When I was working, there were a lot of people who thought they were everyone else's superior and I had an easy way to disprove it; I'd just let them disprove it through their actions.

Yes!

I love doing that. And then just looking at them as they pass us in the halls.

During our big AF inspection in Medical Materiel (Supply) I worked for a SMSgt (E-8) who was like this. We had the largest inspection checklist in the entire hospital (go figure) and I had about six different programs. The inspector, an officer, would ask to see a program and the SMSgt would take him to that person. After the second day of inspections, the SMSgt complained to me he thought the inspector didn't think he did any work because when the inspector wanted to know who was in charge of a program my name kept coming up. The SMSgt said the inspector said "Let's look at X program; I guess TSgt X is in charge of that?" which I was.

Sometimes you just got to let them be their own worst enemy.

Madison Cawthorn should have protected himself from his fellow conservative whites.

The conservative queers are always the first on the chopping block, how could this dumbfrack not know that.

Cawthorn Campaign Illegally Spent Funds It Wasn’t Supposed to Touch - Daily Beast
Madison Cawthorn’s campaign wasn’t supposed to touch the money it had for the general election. Guess what the campaign did.
Shilling for white conservatism never pays. Not even for conservative whites. The queer ones, anyway. SMDH.
Specifically, there’s no money to repay the supporters who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in advance to Cawthorn’s election efforts beyond the primary—to the general election he now won’t be competing in.
JFC conservatives are some stupid mf's. :problem:
