You didn’t grow up in a “more innocent time,” you were just a child with limited access to information

Hey Brit. It’s been all republicans testifying. Definitely one sided, just not in how you think it is.

And as you well know, Kevin McCarthy took his ball and went home.

You all sound nervous.

The first video is credible. The one in the replies with the medium shot of the back seat looks like a deepfake. Not saying it is, but not suspending disbelief either.

Fascists and white supremacists wont be reasonable if you coddle them - doing that is literally what lead to this point.

Also ‘don’t humiliate them or they’ll hurt you’ is the language of abuse.

And yet, a lot of you act like this is still supposed to be 1953.

Dear GOP candidate
@KristinaKaramo
: Demons are stronger than you think. They don’t need an “intimate relationship” to do “demonic possession.” I played Dungeons and Dragons and know this for a fact. Here is a list of the 15 most powerful demons from D&D. https://cbr.com/dungeons-and-dragons-mo ... anked/amp/

The Republican nominee for Michigan Secretary of State said "demonic possession" is real and transferred via "intimate relationships."

I played Dungeons and Dragons once, maybe twice, but never really found it interesting enough to continue.

I played it for a while with a group in junior high. We were nerds. And proud. Also, Call of Cthulhu, a more modern (but 1920s) set RPG.

BTW, it is so closely intertwined with Stranger Things on Netflix, the kids in the series play it, plus even the show's monsters and stuff are named after it (Vecna was a lich in the original Greyhawk campaign, etc.)

Back in the 80s, I remember the Talibangelicals ranting about how D & D was a tool of da Debbil, along with heavy metal bands like Iron Maiden, and Ouija boards. Same ol crap. (Didn't matter, BTW, in most campaigns you were often fighting demons and devils, they don't pay attention to subtleties like that.)

My sympathy for the justices evaporated when I learned SCOTUS approved picketing at the homes of medical personnel providing women's healthcare and abortions.
