Obscure Russian short wave channels, mostly. Ukraine hasn't produced any good traffic from troop movements, probably because there was no need for an airlift.
What it has produced is pirate radio jamming wars, and a lot of really hard core weirdness. It's the best freak show on.
One wonders what the Irish fishermen might come up with on the air, though fishing boat comm is typically in local dialects so thick that no language you ever learned in school will help. That includes your native one, in most cases. Companies do market voice scramblers to fishing boat owners, but most of the time they aren't really needed.
I understand that mighty Russia has actually moved its formidable and well armed fleet's exercises away from the Irish EEZ in question. Wow.
